Sugar imports to Ukraine in Jan-May worth USD 465 thousand

Import of sugar (both cane or beet sugar) to Ukraine in January-May 2018 reached 589 tons and is worth of USD 465 thou.
According to the data of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the main suppliers of sugar in the reporting period are Denmark (USD 105 thou.), Germany (USD 82 thou.) and Mauritius (USD 76 thou.). Denmark shipped 132.99 tons, Germany — 103.84 tons, and Mauritius — 96.24 tons of sugar.
As reported earlier, in January-May 2018, Ukraine exported 259.85 thou. tons of sugar for the amount of USD 101.56 million.
