ING Bank to provide a USD 80 million loan for NIBULON

ING Bank N.V., a syndicate of European banks and EBRD signed an agreement on the allocation of a USD 80 million syndicated loan for NIBULON.

The funds will be used to finance the needs of NIBULON in working capital related to crop production in Ukraine and export to the world market.

"The loan maturity has been extended to 3 years, which, on the one hand, is ideally suited to the company's need to provide access to long-term liquidity, and also reflects the interest of international banks in NIBULON," the company stressed.

Previously it was reported that NIBULON would invest USD 200 million in grain storages in Egypt by the end of 2019.
