Glencore disposes of two grain storages in Ukraine

The agrarian trading company from Dnipro plans to acquire a stake in the authorized capital of the Berezinsky and Kulevchansky grain-producing integrated works, Biz.nv.ua informs.

The agreement provides the buyer with an excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of both enterprises.

A subsidiary of the Swiss commodity trader Glencore International, Renaisco BV, owns 94.3% of the shares of the Berezinsky and 89.3% of the Kulevchansky grain-producing integrated works.

Previously it was reported that the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) granted a permission to the Dnipro-based company, Dnipro Agro Alliance, for the purchase of shares of Bozhedarovsky elevator from Glencore International.
