The majority stakeholder in Agroton Public Limited Iurii Zhuravlov acquired 484.000 shares of the company.
The transaction was executed outside the regulated market.
Thus, Iurii Zhuravlov concentrated 68.5% of all shares of the company.
The total number of Agroton shares issued — 21.67 million.
In January 2018, Iurii Zhuravlov acquired 329.233 company shares.
