Agroinvestgroup on the verge of bankruptcy, market sources

The Agroinvestgroup company, which manages 30 thou. hectares in Odesa region, may be on the verge of bankruptcy, the market sources inform.

By the information of companies-contractors, the company stopped paying off by the contracts, while owners and management of Agroinvestgroup and its member enterprises can no longer be contacted.

Financial institutions representatives and the company's creditors reported that the group stopped paying debts. According to bankers, the company's debt burden is at least USD 70 million.

It is said that the staff of the company was discharged.

According to the YouControl analytical system, Nikolai Kucherenko is the owner of Agroinvestgroup.

The Group's structure includes more than 20 grain storages.

By the information on the company's website, Agroinvestgroup was founded in 2008 and is currently one of the largest agroholdings in the south of Ukraine.
