Zahidnyi Buh considers the purchase of AgroGeneration subsidiary

Zahidnyi Buh company applied to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) for the permit to buy AgroGeneration company's subsidiary Agrodruzstvo Jevisovice Ukraine with assets in Ternopil region.
According to the YouControl analytical system, AgroGeneration is a parent company of Agrodruzstvo Jevisovice Ukraine.
Zahidnyi Buh also applied for the acquisition of shares in the authorized capital of a private agrofirm Voyslavychi (Lviv region).
Since the start of 2019, Zahidnyi Buh company increased its farmland volume by 14 thou. hectares.
