AMCU authorized Zahidnyi Buh for AgroGeneration subsidiary acquisition

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized Zahidnyi Buh for the acquisition of the AgroGeneration subsidiary, Agrodruzstvo Jevisovice Ukraine.
"Zahidnyi Buh company is authorized for the purchase of a share in the authorized capital of the private agrofirm Voyslavychi (Lviv region) and Agrodruzstvo Jevisovice Ukraine (Ternopil region), ensuring an excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body,” the message says.
According to the YouControl analytical system, AgroGeneration is a parent company of Agrodruzstvo Jevisovice Ukraine.
Since the start of 2019, Zahidnyi Buh company increased its farmland volume by 14 thou. hectares.
