ProCredit Bank authorized to acquire ROSTOK-HOLDING grain storage

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized ProCredit Bank for acquiring the assets of Shalyhinske LLC (Sumy region), a subsidiary of ROSTOK-HOLDING, Elevatorist.com informs.

The decision of the Committee was adopted on March 28th and made public on April 9th.

According to the YouControl analytical system, as of April 3rd, 2018, the stockholders of ProCredit Bank are ProCredit Holding (Germany) with 89.32%, and KfW Reconstruction Credit Institute (Germany) with 10.68%.

As previously reported, ProCredit Bank was set to strengthen its position in agricultural sector lending.
