Ukrlandfarming harvested threefold higher wheat yield
The Ukrlandfarming group of companies has completed the harvesting of early grains. The company's harvest has a three times higher quality than in 2018.
In 2019, Category 4 wheat is almost a deficit. Compared to the previous years, harvesting was carried out in a relatively short period of time.
"The 2019 winter wheat harvest is exceptionally high-grade," said Vladimir Sushchenko, Deputy Director General for Elevator and Mixed Feed Production of Ukrlandfarming.
The basic volume of early grains was received by Ukrlandfarming's own high-tech grain elevator network. Its total capacity is 2.66 million tons of wheat. 17 grain elevators cover 98% of the holding's own storage needs. The elevators also work actively with third-party suppliers.
Previously reported that by August 9th harvesting of early grain and leguminous crops in Ukraine was carried out on the area of 9.5 million hectares or 95%. The crop reached 36.8 million tons.
