Kernel registered 2 mln new shares

Kernel issued 2,090,000 new ordinary bearer shares without indication of a nominal value bearing code LU0327357389 ("Shares").
"The shares were issued pursuant to the share capital increase of which the company informed in the current report no 40/2019 dated 27 December 2019," the report reads.
New shares were registered in the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierow Wartościowych, "NDS") and admitted to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") on 3 April 2020.
As a reminder, the capitalization of Kernel for the period of April 2-9, 2020, increased by 19.7% to USD 802 mln.
