Aleksandr Petrov's shareholding in IMC upsized

A legal entity Agrovalley Limited, controlled by Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, increased its shareholding in the company to 75.97%.
On 22 May 2020, Agrovalley Limited purchased a total of 600 000 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 11.40 PLN per share, such shareholding being equivalent to 1.81% of total shares outstanding.
Following this transaction, as of 22 May 2020, Aleksandr Petrov owns personally and through his subsidiaries (Richmarket Investments Ltd and Agrovalley Limited) 25 205 935 shares of IMC S.A.
The number of IMC's shares issued: 33 178 000.
Previously reported that IMC posted a net profit of USD 7.32 mln for 2019, 74% lower from the 2018 indicator (USD 27.63 mln).
