Spike Trade undergoing liquidation

Spike Trade AG headquartered in Swedish Baar is in the process of liquidation, the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC) reports.
By the decision of 29 June 2020, the Bankruptcy Office of Canton Zug notified the bankruptcy of Spike Trade, and the company is therefore dissolved.
The statement also stipulates that the persons having the property of Spike Trade are obliged to immediately hand it over to the bankruptcy office.

Previously reported that the Spike Trade creditors group was forming a committee to collect debts from the company and third parties.
