Glencore Agriculture announced that it has completed the acquisition of Everi port terminal in Ukraine from OREXIM group of companies. Glencore considers Everi as a leading vegetable oil export terminal in the city of Mykolaiv, offering storage and loading services to first-class international and domestic clients.

“This acquisition reinforces our long term commitment to the agriculture sector in Ukraine and establishes Glencore Agriculture as a key and reliable partner within the global vegetable oil supply chain. We are excited to operate a best-in-class asset and we remain committed to delivering high standards of service to Everi terminal customers,” Glencore Agriculture CEO David Mattiske commented.

Early August, the AMCU authorized a Glencore International subsidiary, Renaisco BV (Rotterdam, Netherlands), for the acquisition of an equity stake in OREXIM sea port grain terminal.
