Jordan booked 60 thou. t of Ukraine wheat, NIBULON offer tender-winning

Jordan has contracted 60 thou. t of wheat of Ukrainian origin at the tender, Agri Census reports.

Ukrainian wheat was purchased from the company NIBULON at 252.6 USD/t C&F for delivery in the second half of October 2020.

The Ministry for the Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine and grain market participants signed the Annex to the Memorandum of Understanding on Aug. 17, setting the limit for wheat export from Ukraine in the 2020/21 season at 17.5 mln t, rye 1 thou. t.

Previously reported that a series of international procurement tenders and tight supply pushed export quotations for Black Sea wheat to a new seasonal maximum in 2020/21 at 220 USD/t FOB deepwater ports.
