Refined sunflower oil export from Ukraine in September overstepped 30 thou. t, US purchases highest

September 2020/21(September-August) refined sunflower oil export from Ukraine stood at 31.45 thou. t for the amount of USD 30.67 mln, the Association Ukroilprom reports.
The largest shipment of the product was made to the USA — USD 6.6 mln, accounting for 21.5% of the total supply.
The top 10 refined sunflower oil importers by share:
- USA: 21.5%, USD 6.6 mln
- Libya: 7.1%, USD 2.18 mln
- Netherlands: 5.9%, USD 1.8 mln
- U.A.E.: 5.2%, USD 1.59 mln
- Belarus: 4.8%, USD 1.47 mln
- Australia: 3.7%, USD 1.13 mln
- Poland: 3.4%, USD 1.041 mln
- Senegal: 3.4%, USD 1.04 mln
- Lebanon: 3.2%, USD 0.98 mln
- Ghana: 3%, USD 0.93 mln
In September 2020/21, China imported the largest volume of unrefined sunflowerseed oil from Ukraine for the amount of USD 76.3 mln, which makes up 36.7% of total exports.
