Kernel announced placement of USD 300 mln Eurobonds

Kernel Holdings S.A. announced the issue of USD 300 mln aggregate principal amount of 6.750% notes due 2027 priced at par.

The notes are rated BB- by Fitch, and B+ by S&P, two and one notches above Ukrainian sovereign respectively.

Kernel reported USD 123 mln of net profit in FY 2020, 31% lower YoY (FY 2019: USD 179 mln).

S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term issuer and issue credit ratings on Kernel Holding S.A., and its existing senior unsecured notes, to 'B+' from 'B'.
