Astarta buys back 12 thou. of its shares

ASTARTA Holding N.V., a holding company of the Ukrainian sugar producer Astarta-Kyiv, proceeds within its Buyback program adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the company on 28 May 2021.

Between June 7, 2021, and June 11, 2021, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the company purchased its own shares in the quantity of 12,059 with an average price of PLN 50.61 per share (USD 13.57), the report reads.

The transaction amount is PLN 610.3 thou. (USD 163.63 thou.).

Earlier this month, Astarta's CFO Viktor Gladky purchased 350 shares of ASTARTA Holding N.V.
