AMCU authorized Ristone's Nesterenko for agricultural company acquisition

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) approved the acquisition of the company Agrosilmash (Dnipropetrovsk region) by Vadim Nesterenko, the founder and chairman of Ristone Holdings agricultural holding.
The relevant acquisition ensures exceeding 50% of the votes in the company's supreme governing body.
As per the YouControl analytical system, Elena Synelnikova is the ultimate beneficiary of Agrosilmash.
As a reminder, NV ranked Vadim Nesterenko among the wealthiest agribusinessmen in Ukraine.
