BayWa to acquire Thegra Tracomex Group

BayWa AG, an international trading and service group said it has agreed to acquire Thegra Tracomex Group (Netherlands). 
It is reported by World-grain.
BayWa will acquire five companies held by Thegra Tracomex Holding. 
Thegra Tracomex Group has trading offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland, trading various niche commodities as well as organic commodities such as barley, oats and pulses as well as byproducts.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
