Kernel's management sold 102 thousand shares of the company

Kernel Holding S.A. announced that the company received on 08 September 2017 a notification pursuant to Art. 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, informing that a legal entity controlled by a manager of the Kernel group of companies, sold during 22 August — 06 September 2017 a total of 101,985 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 61.34 PLN per share.

Note: the number of Kernel's registered shares — 81.94 million.
