Court arrested the grain terminal in Odessa region belonging to Kolomoisky

Pechersky District Court of Kyiv granted the request of the Prosecutor General's Office in the criminal proceedings concerning UAH 19 billion refinancing of the NBU for Privat Bank and arrested the sea reloading and storage grain complex in the Odessa region owned by Agroterminal Logistic.

Also in the court materials it is said that from August 1 this property is recognized as material evidence in the case.

According to the investigation, the property could be acquired as a result of the commission of a criminal offense. Therefore, the prosecutor asked the court to impose an arrest to prevent its alienation.
