Ukrainian agrarians sowed 822 thousand hectares of winter rapeseed — Sowing Online 2017/18

Ukrainian agrarians sowed 822 thousand hectares or 106% of the forecasted areas with winter rapeseed. 

According to the data of the Latifundist.com project Sowing Online 2017/18, sowing of other winter crops continues. Winter wheat is sown on the area of 5.2 million hectares or 84% to the forecast, winter barley — 513 thousand hectares or 55%, winter rye — 136 thousand hectares or 84% to the forecast.

As of October 13, agrarians prepared 7.7 million hectares or 96% of the forecasted areas for winter crops sowing.
