Import of flour in Jan-Feb totaled 2.54k tons

Ukraine in January-February 2018 imported 2.54 thou. tons of flour worth of USD 474 thou.

The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine informs that import of wheat flour totaled 849 tons, whereas flour of other types was imported in the amount of 1.7 thou. tons.

The main supplier of flour from other grains in January-February was Belarus (USD 262 thou.), which shipped 1.66 thou. tons (98.1% of the total volume).

Wheat flour was imported from Belarus (USD 93 thou.), Italy (USD 74 thou.) and Russia (USD 19 thou.).

Reference: in January-Ferbuary 2018, Ukrainian enterprises produced 290 thou. tons of flour.
