Vitaliy Khomutynnik sold 51% of Konotop Bread Complex shares

Cascade Investment Fund, owned by the Member of Parliament of Ukraine Vitaliy Khomutynnik, sold 51% of shares of Konotop Bread-Baking Complex, RBC-Ukraine informs.

It is noted that this information was confirmed by Anatoly Shakhnovsky, the Head of the Supervisory Board of the investment fund.

"Cascade-Invest owned Konotop Bread-Baking Complex since 2008. The controlling interest of the company, whose proceeds is UAH 28 million per year, was bought by Vladimir Fominov, the Head of the company Bioconcept," the message says.

Previously it was reported that the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized UKROAGRO ALLIANCE LTD (Nicosia, Cyprus) for the purchase of a stake in the authorized capital of DNIPRO AGRO ALLIANCE LTD, which provides the excess of 50% of the votes in the company's highest management body. The ultimate beneficiaries of DNIPRO AGRO ALLIANCE LTD are Vitaliy Khomutynnik, Vasiliy Astion, Evgeny Astion and Mikhail Koshlyak.
