AMCU authorized the sale of Kernel's enterprise

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized South Agrarian Export Company (SAEC) for the purchase of Kernel's enterprise Ecotrans.

SAEC is authorized for the acquisition of a stake in the authorized capital of Ecotrans (Mykolaiv), which ensures the excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the company.

According to the analytical system YouControl, Ecotrans' parent companies are Kernel-Trade and Enselko Agro.

The main activities of Ecotrans are wholesale of dairy products, eggs and edible oils and fats.
