The lands transferred by the state to agricultural producers for permanent use can be redeemed with an instalment plan for 7 years. This was announced by the Head of the Parliamentary Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy Mykola Solskiy, AgroPolit.com writes.
"The option of redemption on preferential terms with instalments for 7 years at the price of normative monetary value and without auction is provided only for citizens in possession of land plots on the right of permanent use and the right of perpetual inherited possession, as well as for tenants, who re-leased the right of permanent use," said Mykola Solskiy.
