Myronivsky Hliboproduct changed its legal name to MHP

The full legal name of Private Joint-Stock Company “Myronivsky Hliboproduct” was changed to Private Joint-Stock Company “MHP” on February 2, 2021.

"The entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (registration action) was made on 02/02/2021. EDRPOU(Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine) code of the Company remained unchanged," the company says in a statement.

It is noted that the company is changing, transforming from a raw material company to a culinary company. To emphasize these transformations, the company management decided to update the name, "making it more concise and modern."

Upon this change, the trade name of the company:

in Ukrainian: МХП, abbreviated ПрАТ «МХП»
in Russian: МХП, ЧАО «МХП»
in English: MHP, PrJSC “MHP”

Previously reported that MHP was refunded UAH 189.3 mln of VAT in January 2021.
