Astarta acquires another block of its shares

ASTARTA Holding N.V., a parent company of Astarta-Kyiv agri-industrial holding, purchased its own shares in the quantity of 25,465
with an average price of PLN44.81 per share between November 29, 2021, and December 03, 2021.

The shares have been bought pursuant to the Resolution No. 12 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company adopted on 28 May 2021, the company report on the WSE reads.

Shares were purchased by Astarta within the Buyback programme.

Astarta's market cap increased by 2.8% and made up USD 280 mln as of 1 December.
