Agroprodservice launches first phase of dairy farm in Ternopil region

Agroprodservice has put into operation the first phase of a dairy farm at one of its branches in Ternopil region.

The farm’s distinguishing feature will be the combination of Danish Jersey genetics with Holstein genetics from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Germany.

Most processes at the farm are automated, while more than 80% of employees are recruited from the local community.

According to the company, this is not the first project aimed at restoring idle dairy complexes.
