Industrial park for agro-processing to be built in Zhytomyr region: will produce bioethanol and feed
A new industrial park, AZORTEKH, will be built in Andrushivka, Zhytomyr region, focusing on the production of bioethanol, animal feed, starch, and flour-milling products. Investments will exceed $20 million, and the new enterprises are expected to create over 520 jobs.
The government has approved the inclusion of AZORTEKH in the Register of Industrial Parks, making it the 106th park in Ukraine.
The AZORTEKH industrial park is established for a period of 30 years. On a total area of 21.8 hectares, it will host processing enterprises specializing in:
- bioethanol production,
- animal feed production,
- starch and starch-based products,
- flour and cereal production,
- and other types of processing.
Investments in the park’s development will total around UAH 838.76 million ($20.46 million). AZOR-LTD, the park’s initiator, plans to contribute $6.14 million of its own funds and attract additional external investments.
