Continental to use artificial intelligence for hiring
Continental Farmers Group has launched the digitalisation of its HR processes and is implementing artificial intelligence for workforce management. The project is being realised in partnership with the Ukrainian ERP platform IT-Enterprise, according to a joint statement by the companies.
The main goal is to simplify and accelerate recruitment. Part of recruiters’ tasks will be delegated to AI: it will analyse candidates, assess their fit for vacancies, and assist with document processing.
In particular, the company is introducing an AI assistant for candidate evaluation, as well as the DocAI system, which automatically recognises and uploads HR documents.
As a result, all HR processes are expected to be integrated into a single digital system — from candidate sourcing to onboarding. This will enable real-time data visibility and faster management decision-making.
The company notes that the use of AI will help reduce routine tasks, make processes more manageable, and scale the business without losing efficiency.
This is the second joint digital project of Continental Farmers Group and IT-Enterprise. Previously, the companies launched an electronic portal for carriers with integrated logistics data.
