Astarta-Kyiv in 2025: revenue and profit decline, but positive results maintained

Agro-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv has released its financial results for 2025. The company reported a significant decline in revenue and profitability; however, it maintained a positive financial result, allowing it to plan further development.

Key indicators:

• Revenue: €471.9 million (–23% year-on-year).
• Gross profit: €137.3 million (–42%), with margin decreasing from 38% to 29%.
• EBITDA: €99.7 million (–37%), margin down from 26% to 21%.
• Net profit: €19.9 million (–76%), profitability declining from 14% to 4%.

• Agriculture: €149.4 million in revenue (–28%)
• Sugar production: €146.6 million (–36%)
• Soybean processing: €112.4 million (+6%)
• Cattle farming: €56.4 million (+6%)

The company notes that the decline in revenue across key segments was driven by challenging market conditions and volatility in agricultural commodity prices. At the same time, positive dynamics in soy processing and livestock farming indicate strong potential for these business areas.
