Rapeseed stocks in Ukraine amounted to 884k tons

Rapeseed reserves at processing and storing enterprises as of September 1, 2017 amounted to 884.23 thousand tons, 1.9 times more than in the same period last year (464.94 thousand tons).

This is reported by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.

The largest stocks of rapeseed are at the enterprises of Odessa (192.59 thousand tons), Ternopil (90.24 thousand tons) and Volyn (78.2 thousand tons) regions.

Reference: in 2017 rapeseed crop amounted to 2.1 million tons (yield — 2.76 t/ha).
