Manager of the Kernel group of companies sold 7,5 thousand company shares

A legal entity controlled by a manager of the Kernel group of companies sold a total of 7.5 thousand shares in Kernel Holding S.A. 

The Warsaw Stock Exchange informs that during 23 – 26 October 2017, a manager of the Kernel group of companies sold comany shares at an average price of 49.96 PLN per share.

Note: the number of registered shares of Kernel — 81.94 million.

Reference: Namsen Limited, a legal entity directly controlled by Andrey Verevskiy, a chairman of the Board of Directors of Kernel, during 23 – 25 October 2017, increased its stake in the company to 38.39%.
