For 9M 2017 cost of agricultural production increased by 23%

The aggregate index of costs for agricultural production in Ukraine in January-September 2017 amounted to 22.5%, compared to the same period last year.

UkrAgroConsult notes that compared to August, the index of costs for agricultural production in September increased by 1.2%.

"The cost index for crop production was at the level of 23.8%, and livestock products at 18.8%," the message says.

The price index for material and technical resources of industrial origin and utilized in agriculture in 9M 2017 amounted to 26.7%. In September, as compared to August, it grew by 1.3%.

Earlier it was reported that the cost of agricultural production in Ukraine in January-August 2017 increased by 22.8% compared to the same period in 2016.
