Ukraine in January-October exported 11.7 thousand tons of potatoes

Ukraine in January-October 2017 exported 11.71 thousand tons of potatoes for the amount of US$ 2.76 million.

The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine reports that the main importers in January-October 2017 were Belarus (US$ 2.59 million), Moldova (US$ 108,000) and Azerbaijan (US$ 18,000). Exports to these countries amounted to 11 thousand tons, 0.46 thousand tons and 0.08 thousand tons of potato, respectively.

Reference: the gross harvest of potatoes in 2017 should make up 21.9 million tons, which exceeds last year's volume by 0.5%.
