144 thousand tons of soybean oil exported in Jan–Oct

Ukraine in January-October 2017 exported 143.86 thousand tons of soybean oil amounting to USD 108.18 million.

The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine informs that 12.4 thousand tons of soybean oil were exported in October, while in September export volume amounted to 8.96 thousand tons.

The main importers of Ukrainian soybean oil in the reporting period are China (USD 41.94 million), Poland (USD 39.08 million) and India (USD 7.78 million). Exports to these countries amounted to 55.77 thousand tons, 51.98 thousand tons and 10.34 thousand tons of soybean oil, respectively.

Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian exporters in the period of July-October MY 2017/18 delivered 2 million tons of oilseeds to foreign markets, which is 0.9 million tons more than the same indicator of MY 2016/17.
