Norges Bank grows its share in MHP by 5.05%
Norges Bank accumulated 5.05% of the global depository receipts (GDRs) of the agri-industrial holding Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP).
It is noted that Norges Bank now holds 5,394,991 GDRs (voting rights), which represent 5.05% of the total voting rights of the company (106,781,794 GDRs).
Previously it was reported that in Q1 2018 MHP received USD 90 mln of net profit, which is 58% more than in the corresponding period in the year 2017.
Note: Norges Bank (Noregs Bank) is the central bank of Norway. Apart from having traditional central bank responsibilities such as financial stability and price stability, it manages the Government Pension Fund of Norway and a stabilization fund.
