Dnipro Agro Alliance acquires Bozhedarovsky elevator

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) granted a permission to Dnipro Agro Alliance for the purchase of shares of Bozhedarovsky elevator from Glencore International.

Acquisition of shares will ensure the excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the company.

According to the YouControl analytical system, Dnipro Agro Alliance belongs to Vitaliy Khomutynnik Group.
