Soybean oil production in Sep-Oct exceeded the last year's maximum

In the first 2 months of MY2018/19, soybean oil production by large and medium-sized enterprises of Ukraine exceeded the last year's maximum (27.3 thou. tons) and increased to 35.7 thou. tons, UkrAgroConsult informs.

In October 2018, the production of soybean oil was record-high for the period and amounted to 20.2 thou. tons, which is 30.3% more than last month and 27% higher compared to October 2017.

In September 2018/19, soybean oil exports from Ukraine amounted to 11.4 thou. tons, which is 25.3% higher than in September last year (9.1 thou. tons) due to the record-breaking September soybeans processing.
