TOP 10 regions with the highest wages in agribusiness named

In the third quarter of 2018, the average wage in the agricultural sector of Ukraine rose to UAH 7.59 thou., which is 1.3 times more than in the first quarter — UAH 5.85 thou.

The Business Region portal reports with reference to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine that the top ten regions in terms of salary scale are as follows:

1. Ivano-Frankivs’k — UAH 10.42 thou.;
2. Lviv — UAH 9.42 thou.;
3. Ternopil — UAH 8.99 thou.;
4. Kyiv city — UAH 8.93 thou.;
5. Kyiv — UAH 8.51 thou.;
6. Cherkasy — UAH 8.27 thou.;
7. Vinnytsya — UAH 8.24 thou.;
8. Poltava — UAH 8.18 thou.;
9. Chernihiv — UAH 7.98 thou.;
10. Khmelnytsky — UAH 7.75 thou.
