NIBULON shared plans for the year 2019

The NIBULON company summarized the year 2018 achievements and outlined the priority investment projects the holding will develop in the current year.

On November 12, 2018, the company started the construction of a transshipment terminal in Zaporizhzhya region. The commissioning of the new branch is scheduled for June 2019. The new enterprise will provide jobs for about 120 people, reduce the costs for the transportation of produce in the region, and will annually contribute to the local budget more than UAH 2.7 million of taxes. The amount of investment in the project will reach USD 19 million.

The company continues developing a network of river transshipment terminals and complexes for receiving, storing and shipping grain and oilseed crops. In addition to the transshipment terminal in the village of Ternivka, in July 2019 a similar facility will be built in the Dnipropetrovs'k region.

NIBULON's Holoprystans'ka branch (Kherson region) capacity will not only increase by 20 thou. tons, but will have additional capacity for rice receiving. In 2018, the company helped the Kherson rice farmers to dry, clean, and prepare the crop. This situation inspired the company's management to support rice production development in the region.

In November 2018, NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard added a new high-capacity LPS180 portal slewing crane from Liebherr-MCCTEC Rostock GmbH (Germany) to its existing cranes. The crane with a lifting capacity of up to 42 tons will be put into operation at the beginning of 2019. It will integrate the new assembly and fabrication workshop with the building berth.
