Cygnet Agrocompany raised farmland rent payment in 2018

In 2018, Cygnet Agrocompany increased the rental value of farmland to UAH 98.9 million (+49%).

In the reporting period, the company paid UAH 120.2 million of salaries (+42%) and UAH 92.2 million of taxes (–42%).

Investment in social projects increased by 65% to UAH 4.6 million. The key directions of Cygnet's corporate social responsibility include the following:

• repair of socially significant objects;
• preventive medical check-ups for shareholders;
• creating a favourable environment for teaching and development of children;
• cultural development;
• popularization of sports and healthy lifestyle;
• targeted assistance.

As previously reported, in 2018 the Cygnet Agrocompany elevator for the first time received 292 thou. tons of grain, which is 29% more than in 2017.
