The year 2018 was a record breaker for the operations of the Cygnet Agrocompany elevator. For the first time 292 thou. tons of grain were received, which is 29% more than in 2017.

Among the crops received by the Cygnet elevator are wheat (28 thou. tons), soybeans (17 thou. tons) and corn (247 thou. tons).

“This year we also store 147 thou. tons of corn in polymer hoses. This is another one of our records. If those hoses were made into a chain, then its length would be equal to a distance of 100 km,” says Sergey Gutsulyuk, Director of the Cygnet-Center elevator.

The Cygnet elevator capacity provides for receiving 5.5 thou. tons of grain per day. Due to the high capacity of the elevator, up to 200 tons/hour shipments are possible.

Previously the company informed that its dairy direction output indicators in 2018 totalled 5.5 million litres of milk.
