Agro-industrial complex provided 39 pct of currency inflow to Ukraine

At the 2018 year end, the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine ensured 39% of the total currency inflow to the country. This was informed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman at the session of the Government, UNIAN reports.

"39 pct of the currency inflow to Ukraine was accumulated by the AIC," he noted.

As previously reported, in the 2018 calendar year Ukraine shipped for export 41.7 million tons. In monetary terms, exports resulted in the highest value for the history of Ukraine — USD 7.2 billion. This indicator is three times higher than in 2010 and only 0.4 pct less than in 2017.
