Astarta's majority shareholder increases stake in the company

On 3rd-4th June 2019, Albacon Ventures Limited, wholly owned by Viktor Ivanchyk, Chief Executive Officer of Astarta-Kyiv, acquired in total 152 000 shares of the company, the WSE reports.

"Such shareholding, post transaction, is equivalent to 37.99 per cent of total shares outstanding," the report says.

The total shareholding of Albacon Ventures Limited increased from 9,345,294 shares prior to the acquisition, to 9,497,294 shares following the transaction.

In May, Viktor Ivanchyk increased shareholding in Astarta-Kyiv to 37.38 pct.
