AgroGeneration launched harvesting 2019

AgroGeneration started harvesting winter peas sown as an experimental crop. In addition to harvesting winter peas, AgroGeneration is preparing to start harvesting spring peas and winter wheat.

"This year's weather conditions have contributed to a week earlier harvesting of these crops in agricultural firms located in the south of Kharkiv region than last year," the message says.

AgroGeneration agronomists also said that sunflower, chickpea and corn crops are in fair condition due to timely application of fertilizers and crop protection products.

As previously reported, Ukrainian agriproducers started harvesting winter rapeseed on the area of 4 thou. hectares. With a yield of 1.53 t/ha (2018: 1.61 t/ha), 6 thousand tons were threshed.
