Cereal Planet changes registration into Polish

Cereal Planet Group plans to change the registration from Cyprus to Poland, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

Shareholders' meeting will consider this matter on August 12th.

Cereal Planet generated EUR 24,000 of net profit in the first quarter of 2019, twice as low as in the first quarter of 2018. At the same time, sales during this period increased by 24% to EUR €4.15 million. Production decreased by 42% to 7.64 thousand tons. Almost all products were exported.

Earlier it was reported that flour export deliveries from Ukraine since the start of 2019/20 had grown to 17.4 thousand tons vs. the prior year's comparative indicator of 15.04 thousand tons.
