Harvest Online 2019: grains 85% threshed

As of October 3rd, harvesting of grain and leguminous crops in Ukraine was conducted on the area of 11.6 mln ha or 76% of the total. The crop reached 48.3 mln t using the average yield of 4.17 t/ha (2018: 3.71 t/ha).

By the Harvest Online 2019 project, the new crop volumes are as followed:

• buckwheat — 75 thou. t on 57 thou. ha or 85%;
• millet — 142 thou. t on 76 thou. ha or 84%;
• corn — 8.6 mln t on 1.4 mln ha or 28%;
• soybean — 2.4 mln t on 1 mln ha or 65%;
• sunflower — 11.2 mln t on 4.8 mln ha or 82%;
• sugar beet — 2.6 mln t on 58 thou. ha or 27%.
