Verevskiy increased shareholding in Kernel

Namsen Limited, a legal entity directly controlled by Andrey Verevskiy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kernel, acquired during 28 February – 3 March 2020 a total of 79,605 shares in Kernel, the WSE reports.

Namsen Limited acquired shares at an average price of PLN 42.51 (USD 11.08) per share.

Before the acquisition, Namsen Limited held 32,753,673 shares, representing 38.98% of the share capital of the сompany.

As a reminder, in H1 FY2020, Kernel net profit reduced 37% to USD 104.8 mln. The company's revenues dropped 17% to USD 1,86 bln vs. prior year's USD 2,26 bln for H1 FY2019.
